Temperature Influence Tester for Energy Meter consists of high-precision three phase meter calibrating device, special control software and high-low temperature test chamber. It’s a set of full automatic environmental influence tester, which can realize the following test items under the automatic control of software:
l Self-heat effect test: self-clocking, error test, error curve plotting, result judging for influence quantity
l Temperature rise effect test: Under 40℃, add 1.15 bit reference voltage, maximum current, 2 hours surface temperature rise, During temperature rang of 1749+20, to fulfill automatic temperature coefficient test.
l High-temperature test: +70℃，72h
l Low-temperature test: --25℃/-40℃，72h/16h
l Cyclic damp heat test: Fulfill cyclic damp heat test according to IEC60068-2-20
l Environment temperature influence on Daily Error Test: During +60℃/-25℃, to fulfill Daily Error Test, automatically calculate the temperature coefficient of Daily Error Test.
